and also heard you're trying to learn with the mistakes you've done in the past
at first, i suffered, but now i can handle this kind of pain
i'll feel better with the time

it was as if my pupils were dilated
and after a long time, they returned to the usual
i still can't see everything clear
but the sepia images are being colored gradually

an oil-painted picture, a small patch
an empty seat in the last train
tears falling to the floor laden with feeling
or just a random meeting in a winter morning

i'm glad i got back all my books and clothes
they don't have your scent anymore
after years and years and years bent at your feet
now i lift up, i feel so much more strong
